My Story

Welcome, I’m Krista Debus

 

I am a mother of three inspiring boys, a wife to my best friend, a meditation guide, Compassion Key® Facilitator, and an intuitive guide. My gift is holding compassionate space and seeing the potential in others. I support people who are curious to explore themselves with care, attention, and kindness.

For many years, I felt stuck myself. I carried anxiety, self-doubt, and stress, and longed for a safe, meaningful way to connect with myself and life. I knew there had to be more, but I didn’t know where to start.

​

A single session with a gifted coach sparked curiosity and opened a new way of exploring myself. I realized that change doesn’t have to be dramatic or immediate. It can happen in small, supported steps, simply by noticing what is present and giving yourself attention.

​

Over time, through meditation, self-compassion practices, and reflective exploration, I discovered approaches that helped me feel more aware, grounded, and present. This work showed me that everyone has the capacity to connect with themselves, notice their patterns, and take gentle first steps toward what matters most.

Now my mission is to support those who are just beginning their journey, anyone who feels stuck, unseen, or unsure of how to start. My sessions offer a safe, compassionate space to explore, reflect, and practice self-compassion at a pace that feels right for you.
