One-on-One Sessions

I offer one-on-one sessions that provide a safe, compassionate space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations with curiosity and care. Each session unfolds at a pace that feels supportive and respectful, allowing you to notice what is present without judgment.

What to Expect​​

​

  • Sessions are guided, heart-centered, and intuitive, using meditation and Compassion Key® practices.

  • The focus is on awareness and self-compassion, rather than fixing or analyzing.

  • Sessions are client-led, meaning you can explore whatever feels most relevant or present to you.

  • Everyone’s experience is different. Some may notice new insights, shifts in perspective, or a sense of calm. Others may simply feel supported and seen. All experiences are valid.

How Sessions Are Offered

  • Sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your own space.

  • I offer a complimentary one-time session as an invitation to explore this work with no obligation to continue.

  • If ongoing sessions feel supportive, we can create a plan together at a pace that feels right for you.

Why This Work Is Different


This isn’t therapy or a substitute for medical or psychological care. My role is to hold a compassionate space and guide you in exploring your inner experiences. The focus is on noticing, understanding, and supporting yourself in small, gentle steps.

About Me

My name is Krista Debus

My path into this work began with my own longing for understanding, relief, and a safe place to explore what felt heavy or unresolved within me. For many years, I carried pain, repeated patterns, and wished for support that felt grounded, trustworthy, and compassionate.

​

Through my own journey of meditation, reflection, and study, I discovered approaches that helped me connect more deeply with myself and practice self-compassion. These experiences profoundly shaped how I meet myself and others today.

 

I now offer one-on-one sessions that support individuals taking their first steps in exploring themselves with curiosity and kindness. Using intuitive guidance, meditation, and Compassion Key®, a gentle heart-centred process, sessions provide a safe space to notice thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and lived experiences, at a pace that feels supportive and respectful.

My gift is seeing the potential in others. In our time together, I hold a compassionate space where you can feel heard, noticed, and supported as you take your first steps toward awareness and self-connection. The session is guided by your experience, and insight naturally emerges as you explore what is present.
